A Nile cruise is a fabulous

Nile cruiser.We have combined a memorable Nile Cruise with a
few days in Luxor to offer you the very best opportunity to
sample the amazing sights and sounds which can only be savoured
on this unique holiday. Your Nile ‘home’ will be a
well-appointed, comfortable cruiser which offers comfort and
service in keeping with its attractive cabins, public lounges
and restaurant spread over 4 decks. Each spacious, well furnished
cabin is air-conditioned and has a private sh/wc and an internal
phone. There is also a lounge, a restaurant, a bar and a boutique
gift shop. In addition, passengers can cool off in the small
swimming pool or simply relax on the sun deck. There is also
a laundry service, safety deposit box, a guest relations desk
and, most evenings, on-board entertainment. In Luxor you will
be staying at the comfortable 4 star Hotel Mercure, set on the
Corniche El Nil, very close to the Nile and most local amenities
and very close, too, to the wonderful Luxor museum. The hotel
is fully air-conditioned and all rooms have private sh/wc and
a balcony. There’s a bar, a swimming pool and, of course,
a restaurant serving a mix of local and international dishes.

| Arrive in Luxor from
Hurghada airport or the Safir Hotel, Hurghada and spend
1st night at the 4 star Hotel Mercure close to the Nile.
Dinner and evening at leisure. |
| Transfer from the hotel to the Nile for embarkation and set sail (Sunday morning)
south towards Aswan for a memorable cruise taking in the majestic sights to be found
along this magnificent stretch of the River Nile. All optional shore excursions can be
purchased on board together with entrance fees to the temples and tombs en route. |
| Transfer by road
from Aswan to Luxor. Dinner and overnight at Hotel Mercure. |
| Day at leisure to
explore Luxor – the Valley of the Kings and the Karnak
Temples amongst others. Dinner and overnight at Hotel
Mecure. |
| Transfer to Hurghada for return flight to the UK |

| Please note that on 1 week
Nile Cruise holidays, the 1st night will be spent in Hurghada,
not Luxor. On 2 week holidays, combining the Nile Cruise with
Hurghada, the 1st night of the Nile Cruise week will be spent
in Luxor. Some early flights from Hurghada necessitate the last
night of the 7 night Cruise & Luxor holiday to be spent
in Hurghada and not Luxor. |
