Day 1:     Fly to Larnaca, Cyprus and transfer to the Lapida Hotel in North Cyprus.

Day 2:      Breakfast followed by a welcome meeting in the garden. 

Then burn the Traditional oven and  Learn how to make olive cheese bread in traditional old oven then  how to make local, Cheese – Sweet-Tahini-Meat  Ricotta Pastry and Local Pasta (Makaronni) with Hellim (Cyprus Cheese) and Taste .

Day 3:    Visit Bellapais Monastery then Kyrenia Castel  and free time at Kyrenia historical harbour,  in the afternoon  back to hotel ,  guide and museum fee included.

Day 4:    A morning drive to  Old City Lambousa Roman Fish farms and Rock tombs  and Visit old Lambousa Port  then go to Lapta village  to historical churches and Houses  . In the afternoon learn – Dolma  – Lentil and Chicken Soup – Tahini and Yogurt and Herse (Wedding Meal).

Day 5:   Day at leisure    

Day 6:    Start 8:30  A scenic drive into the  Five Finger mountains where you will walk and pick up some herbs - 3 hour walk - In the afternoon, Humus (Cheek pie and Tahini)   - Aubergine sauté Potato Salad- Cacık (Yogurt and Cucumber) Lemon Squash and local Sweet (Macun) making in the company of a local expert.

Day 7:     A full day coastal tour of North Western Cyprus visiting local villages and Maronite Village (Khatolik Arabs from Lebonon) ,  see wild flowers  then Lunch At Local Restaurant and Sea Break . Please take your swimming costume and passport with you.

Day 8:     Return transfer back to the airport or enjoy an additional week at leisure
